Walkie Talkie World Wide

Terms of Service

Effective 21 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Walkie Talkie World Wide ("the app") is run by Ali Bitar, Sportlaan Driene 216, 7552 HA Hengelo, the Netherlands. Contact: walkietalkieworldwide@outlook.com.

By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

2. Who may use the app

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it. You enter your age once when you start; do not give a false age. If you are under 16, the account is deleted. Keep your Google account secure: you are responsible for what happens through your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

3. What the app is, and what it is not

The app offers voice rooms for up to 5 people, friends, chat, voice calls, games, an in-app market with coins, and movie night. Features may change over time.

The app is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it to call for help. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU). The app depends on internet connections, phones and other services, so we cannot promise it always works without interruption.

4. Community rules

Be respectful. You must not:

If something makes you uncomfortable, you can leave the room, block the person and report them in the app.

5. Your content

What you say and write stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to send it to the people you are talking to, store it where the feature needs it (for example your chat history), and handle reports about it. We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI.

In public rooms, everyone in the room can hear you and see your profile. Private rooms need a password, but the people inside can still repeat what they hear. Live voice is not recorded by us.

6. Moderation

An automatic word filter blocks certain words in chat, names, room names, games and comments. Our moderators review reports and filter flags. If you break these Terms or the law, or put others at risk, we may remove content, mute you (listen only), or suspend or ban your account, and in serious cases block your phone or internet address. Bans by moderators last at most 30 days; the operator can decide on longer bans. When we act, the app shows you the reason. If you think a decision is wrong, email walkietalkieworldwide@outlook.com and a person will look at it again. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome.

7. Coins, items and purchases

Coins and items are for use inside the app only. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account. You can get coins by playing, weekly coins, watching optional rewarded ads, or buying coin packs through Google Play. Prices are shown in Google Play before you pay. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms. If a purchase is refunded, the coins it gave are taken back (your balance never goes below zero; items you already bought stay). Coins obtained by cheating or fraud may be removed. When you delete your account, your coins and items are deleted too. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Movie night and YouTube

Movie night uses YouTube API Services. By using movie night you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Videos play in YouTube's official player and come from YouTube. We do not own them, and we do not download, copy or re-broadcast them. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC; the app is not made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google. The availability of videos is up to YouTube.

9. Other services

Sign-in (Google), notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), purchases (Google Play) and ads (Google AdMob) come from other companies with their own terms. Game names and pictures in the app belong to their owners.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. If we ever stop the service, we will tell you in advance where we can.

11. Responsibility

We work hard to keep the app safe and running, but we cannot be responsible for what other users say or do, or for interruptions we cannot reasonably prevent. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

12. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country. Please contact us first so we can try to solve the problem. You can also go to the competent court.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change matters for you, we will tell you in the app before it applies. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
